'Uttapam Recipe is one of the popular healthy South Indian breakfast recipes. Its a white lentils and rice pancake with vegetable toppings. The batter is then spread on a hot pan in circular shape and vegetables are spread on top. Most common vegetables are tomatoes, onion, chillies, capsicum and coriander.
